The 11th One World Human Rights International Documentary Film Festival
Films can be selected for the Main Competition, Right to Know Competition, Short Forms Competition and non-competitive thematic categories.
The festival accepts both short and feature length documentary films, as well as short animation films with human-rights themes. Only films completed in the last two years can by considered for the competitive program.
If you would like to submit your film, please fill in the online entry form and mail us a preview DVD or VHS. In case of problems with sending the entry form online you can download the entry form here and send us the printed version together with DVD or VHS preview copy. (In case of problems downloading the entry form, just right click on the link and choose Save target as).
Only submissions containing both completed entry form (on-line or printed) and preview or DVD or tape will be accepted.
Press clippings and any additional information are welcomed but no obligatory. Before sending the entry form please read carefully the festival rules and regulations. By filling the entry form and sending the requested material you also agree with the festival rules and regulations.
Please send all material to the address of One World. When sending a DVD or VHS to the festival, please always specify: for non-commercial use.
First submission deadline is October 31st 2008. Due to the large number of submissions, preview copies will not be returned.
In case your film is selected we accept the following screening formats: 35mm, 16mm, Beta SP Pal, DVCam, Mini DV, event. in exceptional cases DVD. We do not screen Digibeta and NTSC formats! For futher info about the film selection please read rules and regulations.
